Rachel Peacock (Queen's University)

Rachel Peacock is a PhD candidate in the Department of History at Queen’s University. Her research interests include the Victorian monarchy, gender, media, political culture, and privacy. Her doctoral research, funded by the Social Studies and Humanities Research Council of Canada, focuses on nearly 100 individuals who attempted to intrude on the privacy of (or ‘stalk’) Queen Victoria and the British royal family throughout the nineteenth century.
