Biography: Georgia Toumara holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Athens and an M.Sc. in Literature and Society: Enlightenment, Romantic and Victorian from the University of Edinburgh. She is currently a PhD student at the University of Glasgow researching the intersection of late-Romantic and Victorian traveller tropes and the Byronic legacy.
